Today I have the easiest Old Fashioned peanut butter cookies ever!
I remember getting my first apartment and being so excited to bake and these were one of the first cookies I tried. That was years ago and these are still in my recipe book.
They are super easy to make. They are fast, taste great, and I always have the ingredients on hand which make these a winner in my book. Recipe below!
❤︎ 4 Ingredient Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup regular peanut butter (like Skippy or Jif)
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract ( optional)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Beat the egg using fork
Mix everything together
Place spoons of cookie dough on a greased cookie sheet in the size you like, and flatten with a fork to make the traditional peanut-butter cookie pattern
Put in oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
NOTES: Regular peanut butter is better than natural for this recipe and also make sure the peanut butter is at room temperature.
